⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently stopped at Blue Beacon Truck Wash in Knoxville, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received. In an industry where time is valuable and appearance matters, this location delivers exactly what professional drivers and vehicle owners are looking for: quality work, efficiency, and outstanding customer service. From the moment I arrived, the staff was professional, courteous, and eager to help. The check-in process was straightforward, and despite being busy, the team kept things moving smoothly. It's clear that the employees are experienced and take pride in what they do. Everyone I encountered was respectful and worked hard to ensure customers had a positive experience. What really stood out was the quality of the wash itself. My vehicle looked fantastic when it came out. The crew paid attention to the details, removing road grime, bugs, dirt, and buildup that had accumulated from countless miles of travel. It's easy to tell the difference between a quick rinse and a thorough professional wash, and Blue Beacon definitely delivers the latter. The vehicle looked cleaner than I expected and had that fresh, well-maintained appearance that every driver

I had a great experience. I love the fact that the truck wash is right behind the pilot as well as the customer service was super great. It was a pretty fast process happy with the overall service.

Unfortunately, the employees here do not pay attention to the quality of service at all. After I had my truck washed, I noticed that the areas covered with black grease and oil were not cleaned properly — in fact, they looked even worse than before. Can you imagine? You come in to get your truck washed, but the result is the exact opposite. I will not be coming back here again.

We waited half hour or so as expected. This place is popular and always busy! We asked them to wash our 34 ft travel trailer and truck. 2 very large bays can accommodate us as well as 18 wheelers no problem. Everything looks squeaky clean and all the employees were really nice and attentive. Thanks!!
